A local lens on Holybrook- Introducing Mike Green
Published: 10 March 2026
A great photo often starts with a tiny pause, though or appreciation of something ordinary, yet profound.
This year's Annual Assembly of Holybrook Parish celebrates community through photography and we are pleased to introduce Mike Green as keynote speaker and one of the judges for our Holybrook Photography Competition, one of the highlights of the event.
Mike is a commercial photographer based in Reading, so he is local to Holybrook. With more than 30 years of experience, he has produced corporate and commercial photography across the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East. His work draws on a strong technical understanding of light, composition, colour and detail, helping to capture images that are both precise and visually engaging. During the Annual Assembly, Mike will share practical tips on photographing the natural world and offer insights on how paying closer attention to our surroundings can reveal the beauty in everyday scenes around us.
We look forward to welcoming residents at the Annual Assembly.
