The Holybrook Centre is situated in Carters Rise, Fords Farm. The building consists of a large hall, used for community activities and is available for function hire (see below). It also houses a Members' Social Club known as Kennet Valley Social Club (KVC).
The governing body of the Holybrook Centre is the registered charity Kennet Valley Community Association (KVCA) - kvca@fordsfarm.plus.com. The KVCA is funded by profits from the KVC and income from hire of the Hall with additional grant funding when applicable.

- Darts boards (both Bars)

- Beer garden (accessed via the Sports Bar)
