The Holybrook Centre is situated in Carters Rise, Fords Farm; the building consists of a large hall, used for community activities and available for function hire (see below), and a Members' Social Club known as Kennet Valley Social Club (KVC).

The governing body of the Holybrook Centre is the registered charity Kennet Valley Community Association (KVCA) - kvca@fordsfarm.plus.com.  The KVCA is funded by profits from the KVC and income from hire of the Hall with additional grant funding when applicable. 

FACILITIES

The KVC has a fully licensed bar; Sky Sports, BT Sport and WiFi are provided.

Pool table in Sports Bar; darts in both bars.

There is a Beer Garden accessed from the Sports Bar.

Juke Box available in both bars.

Where regular hirers use the Hall and Bar (e.g. Bingo), all attendees must be members of the KVCA.

To use the KVC Social Club, full membership is required:

• KVCA/KVC Family Full Membership: £37.00
• KVCA/KVC over 70s Full Membership: £7.00

The Club has two bars; Sports Bar and Lounge Bar.
